Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greets and handles resident inquiries.
- Handles critical calls in a courteous and calm manner to help the caller feel they have received good customer service to the fullest potential.
- Screens incoming general messages within email and phone systems, distributing them to the correct individuals.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, faxes, payments, and deliveries.
- Copying, filing, and faxing as needed.
- Distribute Guest Cards and maintain cardholder database with accurate information to maintain correct records of individuals entering and exiting the facility.
- Channels calls to the appropriate desk.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Practice and adhere to Keystone's Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
- Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite Programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good oral communication skills and possess great customer service.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Requires a strong working knowledge of multi-line phone systems and the ability to learn and operate various administrative machinery.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education and/or Experience:
- 1-2 years working in an Administrative field.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
