The Enterprise Solutions Developer is responsible completing assigned projects within established objectives and timelines. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of multiple systems, applications and programming languages used to develop enterprise solutions. Activities include planning, developing, documenting, deploying, evaluating, monitoring and supporting completed solutions. This position works closely with the IT Team, IT Business Systems Director and the CIO to integrate development strategies into solutions that support business needs. This position requires a combination of strong interpersonal and technical skills. Requirements Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Custom Database design using industry standards that result in efficient performing solutions that automate and streamline processes
- Custom report development based upon elicitation of requirements and data interpretation representative of advanced skill level
- Independently designs, creates, and implements solutions that are efficient and compliment the user experience
- Goal oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Able to manage time constraints and pressure
- Travel as needed
Comfortable working with technical and business contributors to identify and brainstorm business and technical needs.Works under limited supervision and relies on:

Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in Technology or related field or 3+ years' experience in a similar capacity or equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Applicant must have extensive experience and judgment to complete essential tasks and responsibilities
Must have experience with:
- Standard Query Language (SQL)
- Relational Database design and standard database concepts
- Various Programming languages (e.g. ASP.net, C#)
- Diagram and visualization tools
