In this role, you will provide direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply.Pay: $68,503 - $93,344 Schedule: Nights Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate critically ill patients, including vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatments.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments.
- Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including wound care, pain management, and infection control.
- Document patient status, treatment plans, and progress accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare teams, patients, and families.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions, including CPR and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and evidence-based nursing practices.
Key Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required; Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
