Your role as a Helpdesk II As a Full-Time Helpdesk II at the City of Pharr, you will play a vital role under the general supervision of the Customer Service Manager. You will provide exceptional technical support to end-users from the City of Pharr and TEAMPHARR.NET customers, addressing concerns related to computer hardware, software, and Internet connectivity.
