Visa: USC only Contract Length: 6 Month Contract to hire Location : Clearwater, Fl ( Hybrid) Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage day-to-day work, and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals with a focus on PEO-related projects.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process and maintain common standards across various PEO functions, including client onboarding, new hire administration, payroll processing, benefits management, and integrations between front-end and back-end applications.
  • Collaborate with Quality Delivery Automation Test Lead, Development, Product, and operations teams to ensure all PEO-related deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the end-to-end process, meeting stated business and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement QA strategies and frameworks specifically tailored to PEO services and their associated workflows.
  • Ensure testing of increments within sprints and as a packaged release meet both client requirements and highest quality delivery standards across projects.
  • Oversee test cycles and associated artifacts to guarantee accuracy and compliance with Quality standards.
  • Lead teams in conducting extensive testing for existing and new systems, including Production Smoke tests to routinely ensure that all features function flawlessly across environments.
  • Manage integrations testing of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly between applications and user interfaces without errors or inconsistencies.
  • Perform functional validations including delta, system-level, and Business Driven regression testing (BDT) to ensure requirements continue to align with business goals and meet internal and external client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks related to PEO workflows and systems, including timely escalation to key stakeholders when issues arise.
  • Ensure that all PEO project deliverables meet the same level of highest quality standards, with an emphasis on both technical and business needs.
  • Participate in release planning and execution, providing go/no-go recommendations based on testing outcomes.
  • Continuously improve quality assurance practices by reviewing past projects and implementing lessons learned into new initiatives.
  • Report on quality metrics, progress, and potential improvements to senior management, providing visibility into QA activities and project health.
  • Champion a culture of quality across all teams involved in PEO processes, with a focus on moving quality to the left in SDLC processes ensuring that quality is embedded into all project stages.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with five plus years as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role. A previous focus within PEO applications is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of PEO processes, front-to-back-end system integrations.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams focused on system quality assurance, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., tax regulations, FLSA, ACA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in test automation, performance testing, and integration testing for complex systems.
  • Understanding of API testing, data validation, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quality issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions for complex quality issues.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems) with focus on end-to-end HR support, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and experience with DevOps, CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end systems (e.g., databases, APIs).
  • Understanding data security and privacy standards applicable to client data in the PEO industry.
