- JOB SUMMARY
- Under supervision of the clinic manager, develops and implements individual physical therapy programs for all ages designed to maximize patient mobility and function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional & Technical Skills
- Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of physical therapy, competency in performing physical therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills.
- Education
- Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy culminating in a minimum of a bachelor of science degree.
- License(s) or Certification(s)
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of Indiana
- Other Skills or Requirements
- Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
