Become the Clinical Rehabilitation Coordinator You Aspire to Be

• Develop a business census based on strategic goals.
• Foster strong connections within your assigned territory with a focus on face-to-face engagements.
• Streamline the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians about our innovative hospital programs and services.
• Use market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Address and overcome barriers to admissions and monitor the variables involved.
• Conduct in-services and presentations on our services and their outcomes to various groups.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and a clean driving record per company policy.
• Active state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Two or more years in clinical or healthcare tech roles is preferred.
• Experience in nurse liaison or healthcare sales is an asset.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis is beneficial.
