Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years' Experience Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers but they must have at least 2 year's experience Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Circulate, Robotics, General Surgery, **MUST HAVE ROBOTICS, as this is most of their cases*** ***REQUIRED are General Surgery (Most of the cases) and GYN. ***Also required, candidates need to be able to do spine/neuro cases or vascular/ thoracic. Certs: BCLS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Skills: Scrub, ENT JOB DETAILS: TARGET RATIOS: Average 50 cases/day SHIFT: 36 HOURS Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays! 12 HR NIGHTS (18:30-07:00) ***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer*** Call Requirement: NO CALL Float Requirement: *Floating Required: if the census is low (very rare at PMC IPOR) the traveler may be required to float to another Charlotte market OR. Weekend Requirement: scheduling will include weekend nights, although we try to limit weekends to two nights per 6-week schedule. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: All age groups - birth through elderly. Neuro, Spine, Urology, Plastics, Peds, GYN, General, ENT, Oral, Thoracic, Vascular, Robotics. ***Unit really needs solid background in at least 2, ideally 3 of the above SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Unit Needs. ***DOES NOT DO BLOCK SCHEDULE!!
