The Risant Health Value-Based Care Platform is a tech platform that enables community members to access and understand value-based care as a wholistic endeavor. The VBP will deploy solutions supporting value-based care in multi-payer, multi-provider environments that are simple for clinicians to use and enable a positive experience for consumers to think about and act on their health. Job Description The Administrative Lead will be responsible for overseeing event planning and logistics and managing the administrative operations, including ensuring the effectiveness of the administrative team across Risant Health. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO within the Integration & Operations Function. Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination & Support (30%)
  • Plan and execute internal and external events such as colocations, offsites, and site visits
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, logistics, and staffing
  • Ensure seamless on-site execution and evaluate event success through feedback and performance metrics
  • Draft communications for event attendees
Administrative Team Leadership (30%)
  • Design team structure and prioritize work at both team and individual levels
  • Lead weekly team meetings, provide training, and communicate key updates
  • Facilitate collaboration, identify capability gaps, and implement improvement plans
  • Deliver feedback through regular check-ins and conduct annual performance reviews
  • Track and manage administrative team budget
Additional Support (40%)
  • Provide PTO coverage for administrative staff
  • Assist with large-scale projects or ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma, plus 4 years of directly related experience
  • 5 years of experience in executive level support and professional office management requiring interaction with executive leadership.
  • 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity
Additional InformationLocation: Primarily office-based at the Washington, D.C. headquarters with the opportunity to work remotely periodically. Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $86,667.00 - $114,400.00, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable. Join Us!
