Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Orlando, Florida. Duties:
- Provision infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents, including on-call responsibilities
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident documentation
- Lead migrations and upgrades across large enterprise systems
- Normalize and automate operational work to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead project planning when needed
- Represent the organization in technical bridge calls and stakeholder meetings
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Large enterprise support experience, startups typically not a fit
- Proficiency in system design, operations, and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in service restoration, automation, and RCA participation
- Familiar with Terraform, AWS Cloud, Python or Bash scripting
- Experience with Chef, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools
- Familiar with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, SSL/TLS certificate management
- Strong Linux administration experience
- Comfortable with RabbitMQ, F5, Docker, Couchbase, Apache/Nginx/Tomcat
- Vulnerability Management and remediation experience

The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $79.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
