Job Description Job Summary Provide support for the STS National Database, including maintaining and updating the STS National Database CRM contact directory, shared mailboxes, and other database support activities. Process physician, data manager, and billing contact updates to ensure CRM contact directory accuracy. Assist with STS National Database Helpdesk inquiries. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process Database participant and vendor information updates within the STS National Database CRM contact directory and monitor shared mailboxes. Collaborate with Membership, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accuracy of information in CRM.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot database-related inquiries and other activities in collaboration with Senior Manager, STS National Database Contracts and Vice President of Quality & Research Center Operations.
  • Assist with STS National Database Helpdesk email inquiries, such as questions about data quality reports, password resets, and data discrepancies.
  • Maintain and disseminate welcome letters to new data managers and data contacts joining the database.
  • Provide general customer service and support for the STS National Database via email by routing inquiries to appropriate team members, responding to questions regarding the CRM contact directory, and answering general questions about database operations, such as harvest deadline questions, providing data collection resource materials, and navigating the STS website.
  • Participate in conference calls, including the weekly STS/IQVIA status call and data manager educational webinars, to provide support on STS National Database issues and answer questions related to the CRM contact directory as appropriate.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Experience and Skills Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with confidential information, in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI) preferred.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in written communication.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will also be considered.

Job Benefits This is a non-exempt role with an annual salary range of $52,000 - $60,000. Actual starting compensation will be dependent on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, training, certifications/licenses and qualifications.
