Join our dedicated Enrollment Management team as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the future of our institution through innovative enrollment strategies aimed at attracting and welcoming students to our vibrant academic community. We're looking for a passionate leader with a deep-seated Christian commitment who can inspire and guide their team to not just meet, but exceed enrollment targets.

As the Director, you will oversee the entire admissions process—from initial inquiry to enrollment—and ensure our strategies align with the university's mission and goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Managing the admissions workflow and optimizing the student experience.
• Collaborating across departments to create a welcoming and supportive environment for prospective students.
• Engaging in the admissions decision-making process and managing institutional scholarships.
• Serving as a Designated School Official for international student admissions.

Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field and 5-7 years of experience in admissions or enrollment management. We value a proven record of achieving enrollment objectives, strong team management skills, and proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Slate. Exceptional communication skills, a self-driven attitude, and a commitment to ongoing innovation are essential for success in this role.

The position is full-time and based on our campus with a flexible schedule to accommodate recruitment peak periods. Travel requirements are less than 10%.
