Job Description :

As part of this initiative, we're seeking a Senior Consultant with strong healthcare imaging and PACS integration experience to support the transition and optimization of new outpatient imaging sites running eRAD PACS. This role will be essential in helping the organization scale radiology operations and ensure smooth clinical and technical onboarding across facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and integration of eRAD PACS across multiple outpatient imaging facilities.
  • Act as a liaison between radiology, IT, and clinical operations to ensure seamless image workflows.
  • Coordinate with radiologists and technical staff to ensure proper configuration and performance of imaging systems.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align clinical workflows, ensure DICOM compliance, and optimize routing.
  • Assist in change management and staff readiness as facilities transition from hospital-based imaging models.
  • Identify gaps in infrastructure and resources and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Provide consultative oversight for future-state planning of image routing, storage, and reading efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to report progress and mitigate risks proactively.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience working with PACS systems (preferably eRAD).
  • Deep understanding of radiology imaging workflows, DICOM, HL7, and modality integration.
  • Experience with outpatient imaging environments, teleradiology, or multi-site PACS rollouts.
  • Proven ability to work across technical and clinical teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Background in healthcare IT consulting, system implementation, or radiology operations strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting PE-backed or rapidly scaling healthcare organizations is a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with radiologist workflow optimizations and turnaround time SLAs.
  • Experience integrating with RIS or EMR systems in imaging contexts.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance needs related to imaging (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
