A permanent Help Desk Analyst role paying up to $50k is available immediately in the Harrisburg area. This Help Desk Analyst will play a key role in supporting and securing all endpoint devices throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Sophos Central, and providing top-notch support to internal and remote users. This person will also help document internal processes and support materials while maintaining system compliance and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, advanced support to internal and remote end-users
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft Intune-enrolled devices and compliance policies
- Manage Sophos endpoint protection and remediate email threats
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain documentation, FAQs, and user-friendly help guides for IT staff and field personnel
- Perform software installations, system configurations, and hands-on workstation support
- Track and manage tickets based on urgency, escalating as needed
- Analyze support trends and recommend preventive actions
- Provide mentorship to IT Support Technicians
- Assist with infrastructure policy, process development, and workflow improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Sophos Central
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a user-friendly manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and attention to detail
