Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist

This role sets you on an impactful journey:

  • Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients needing speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Identify challenges and adjust therapies to meet patients' evolving needs.
  • Document and monitor patient performance, progress, and treatment responses.
  • Celebrate the milestones achieved by your patients along the way.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
