Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate success profiles.
- Create and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
- Maintain a robust applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with documentation and data integrity.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide guidance to managers on interviewing techniques and hiring best practices.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity hiring trends.
- Assist in the development and promotion of employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Support onboarding efforts by collaborating with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs and anticipate staffing gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with experience in both hourly and salaried hiring.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Knowledge of labor market trends and wage benchmarking for hourly and salaried positions.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance requirements.
- Must be adaptable and able to manage frequently shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment.
- HR or Recruiting Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or LinkedIn Talent Solutions Certified) preferred
- UKG system knowledge preferred
Work Schedule
- Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with typical workdays consisting of 8-hour shifts.
- A hybrid work arrangement may be offered following 6 months of successful in office training and performance evaluation. This schedule typically includes a combination of remote and on-site workdays.
- May require occasional travel to job fairs or off-site hiring events

- Frequently required to speak clearly, actively listen, and make neck movements such as bending or twisting.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and rarely up to 25 pounds.
- Visual demands include the ability to perform tasks requiring both close-up vision and distance vision.
