About the Role: The Property Manager for Lakeside Central Apartments will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the property, ultimately enhancing tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value. This position involves overseeing all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management. The Property Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and upper management, to foster a positive living environment. Ultimately, the Property Manager will contribute to the overall success and reputation of Lakeside Central Apartments in the competitive real estate market. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of leasing and tenant relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with property management software and financial reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of Lakeside Central Apartments, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage the property budget, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones, including conducting property tours and open houses.
