As an Automotive Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting diagnostic tests to troubleshoot automotive mechanical problems.
- Performing routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and brake inspections.
- Repairing and replacing faulty components across a broad range of vehicle systems.
- Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to enhance vehicle performance checks.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety practices.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations for vehicle repairs.
- Staying current with the latest automotive technologies and equipment.
- Contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on outstanding service.
- Upholding cleanliness and organization in your workspace.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Completion of an automotive technician training program or apprenticeship.
- OEM/ASE certification or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
- Strong familiarity with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical.
- Proficient in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to relocate if needed.
- Availability to attend the on-site interview on 8/15.
