Job Description Job Description Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience required. This role is ideal for an RN with experience in home health assessments, medication reviews, wound care, palliative support, and patient education. Candidates must have at st 6 months of recent Oasis and Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience.
