RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Complete cross-training and maintain up-to-date training documentation for various assembly operations.
- Follow Operator Work Instructions (OWIs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) accurately.
- Replenish materials as needed for production continuity.
- Perform packaging duties and palletize finished goods.
- Maintain production documentation including daily logs and data collection sheets.
- Operate hand tools such as screw guns as required by the operation.
- Keep work area clean and organized, including proper care of equipment and tools.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Requires full range of body motion including twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and remain mobile for a minimum of 8-10 hours per shift.
