  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Earn more by implementing PLACE lead generation systems.
  • Secure signed buyer agreements through effective consultations and home identification
  • We Teach You how to Skillfully Negotiate offers to benefit both sellers and buyers
  • Manage tasks and activities using Proprietary PLACE Technology used by Top Realtors.
  • Build your client database by hosting a minimum of two open houses each month.
  • CONVERT Leads into Income-Earning Appointments.
  • Actively engage in weekly script practice sessions using scripts from the Nation's most Profitable Realtors.
  • We coach you to win, and we handle your administrative details For You.
  • Effectively consult with sellers to secure listings and market their homes
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
