Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist: - Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and create customized treatment plans.
- Educate and guide patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise routines.
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain current medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience with Epic electronic health records is required.
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation is essential.
- Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or be eligible to obtain licensure.
