At Pickford Public Schools, we build great futures! Pickford Public Schools in a K-12 school with approximately 45 staff members and 425 students. Preferred Qualifications 1. Possess a master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration. 2. Possession of/eligibility for a Michigan School Administrator Certificate. 3. A valid Michigan Teaching Certificate. 4. A minimum of three (3) years exemplary building/program administrator experience. 5. A minimum of five (5) years of exemplary teaching experience. 6. Successful experience supporting and motivating at-risk student populations at a variety of grade levels. Desired Qualities ? The commitment to deliver outstanding leadership outcomes. ? The skill to foster collective responsibility by mobilizing structures, strategies, practices, and the use of resources for the ongoing evaluation and improvement of instruction. ? Salary commensurate with experience; full benefits, paid leave time, and merit pay available ? Administrator responsibilities will be determined for a particular grade span/level based on background and experience, among other factors.
