- Prepare and analyze monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports by trade lane, product type, and key account.
- Establish an annual business strategy plan with the operations team to design new business model.
- Create detailed financial reports, including revenue forecasts, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Conduct market trend and research potential customers to expand business opportunities.
2. Procurement & Strategic RFQ Response
- Lead pricing and routing strategy for global RFQs, preparing data-driven proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate 'Air Freight Rate' with airlines and GSAs to maintain cost-competitive.
3. Compliance
- Manage STA #s as well as supervising STA training of all FNS members(Air dept) in US
- Organize & control the authorized vendors for air export moves for FNS shipments
- Follow up & provide support for yearly TSA inspections of all FNS locations
4. Operation
- Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers' expectations. This includes airline booking, arranging pickup and delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines and other vendors to ensure the smooth operation.
- Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers.
- Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis and reporting)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with teams across multinational settings.
- Fluency in English and Korean required.
