Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site. Position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and will have regular interaction with them. Traditional Family Medicine practice: Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric. Provider MUST be willing to see patients ages 5 years and up. • Providers are expected to see approximately 20 patients per day (non negotiable). • Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc. • Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. - 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the organization

- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
