With experience in performance management, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation, you ensure consistent application of HR practices while building trusted partnerships across the organization. What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for both corporate and retail divisions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Leaders, Area Managers, and Store Managers.
  • Provide HR consultation, coaching, and guidance to North American teams to support effective issue resolution and employee development.
  • Support the Retail Employee Relations team by delivering performance management data and insights; act as a strategic thought partner in identifying trends and informing ER strategies aligned with organizational and legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in the Incident Management system to support ER tracking and analysis.
  • Recommend and approve performance management action plans in collaboration with the Legal department.
  • Drive talent development and retention through risk and performance assessments, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for corporate and retail employees, ensuring a smooth experience, timely system access, compliance, and proper documentation.
  • Manage internal employee communications across corporate and retail teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to support workforce health.
  • Generate reports related to exit interviews, hotline activity, corrective actions, and other ER-related metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Address day-to-day employee inquiries and use available tools and resources to resolve concerns quickly partnering with Learning & Development, Total Rewards and Payroll teams.
  • Support the annual performance review process by coordinating timelines and communications with business leaders.
  • Conduct exit interviews for voluntary terminations; identify recurring themes and recommend retention strategies.
  • Participate in the rollout and support of global HR initiatives at the local level.
  • Advise field leadership on HR processes and budgetary guidelines to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
  • Manage system account access and user setup across key HR and business platforms, including EMT, Workday, EPOS, DXC, and ISO
You'll Need to Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in retail/fashion
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues and dealing with labor laws
  • Knowledge and practical application of all HR discipline and practices
  • Ability to be in the NYC Office 3x a week
  • Ability to travel to stores within NA 3-4x per year

The salary for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience. Compensation Range: $65,000.00-$90,000.00
