  • Travel on-site as needed to support during vacancies, start ups, acquisitions, etc.
  • Assist community in all aspects including business office, financial performance, sales, and building operations to increase occupancy and deliver on net operating income
  • Interface with residents and family members as needed to address any service or care concerns in a timely manner and document actions taken.
  • Support the Regional Vice President of Operations with special projects or assignments
  • Lead communities in driving strategic initiatives, customer satisfaction, team member engagement, occupancy, culture, and operational excellence.
  • Provide temporary leadership as the Acting Interim Executive Director during a vacancy in the Executive Director role.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or healthcare management.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Director in assisted living, memory care, and/or independent living.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% across the southeast region.
  • Proficient computer skills, CRM, and operations platforms.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Maintain Administrator license in states where required.
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management.
  • Proven ability to drive results.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and writing.
