The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for Analytical Instrumentation Technician .Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot PAT systems and analytical instruments.
- Document maintenance in SAP.
- Investigate and resolve equipment-related events.
- Coordinate with vendors and escort them on-site when necessary.
- Assist in deploying new PAT systems.
- Ensure high system uptime and prevent equipment failures.
- Uphold cGMP compliance and data integrity standards.
Requirements- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required) - preferably in Engineering or Analytical Sciences.
- Experience with analytical systems (preferred).
- GMP manufacturing or QC lab experience highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with instruments like Roche Cedex Bio/HiRes, Cobas b 221, YSI 2900, Nova FLEX2, Advanced Instruments OsmoTech XT, Endress+Hauser Raman, etc.
- Experience using Smartline Data Cockpit (SDC) or other data systems.
- SAP system knowledge is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
Additional Information: Location: Vacaville, CA Assignment Duration: 5 months Pay range: $35-$45/hr. on W2 depending on experience Must be authorized to work in the United States.
