Position Summary Department Digital Solutions The Digital Product Owner-Business Banking will play a crucial role in enhancing Valley Strong's digital presence and improving Member engagement. This position involves developing and implementing digital banking strategies to support retail, business banking, treasury, and cash management services. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance digital banking products and services tailored to business clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration of digital platforms, analyzing client needs and market trends, providing technical support and training, and monitoring digital banking platforms for optimal performance and security. The role also involves staying updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in digital banking services. Essential Duties • Develop and implement digital business banking strategies to support Member user experience in retail, business banking, and cash management services including ACH origination, wires both domestic and international, desktop remote deposit, positive pay and other fraud monitoring. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance digital business banking products and services tailored to business clients. • Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms for treasury and cash management operations, improving efficiency and accuracy. • Analyze client needs and market trends to recommend new features and improvements for digital banking solutions. • Provide technical support and training to business clients on digital banking tools and applications. • Monitor and manage digital banking platforms to ensure optimal performance and functionality of digital banking systems and assist with security upgrades, patches and new feature rollouts. • Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in digital business banking services. • Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains digital and enterprise applications • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and audit standards related to digital payments and cash management services. • Designs under limited supervision and in collaboration with others, defines requirements, creates prototypes, refines tests and testing criteria, and plans development of applications and interfaces. • Tests perform unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing of work product. • Implements, develops, shares, finalizes, and executes plans for the deployment, validation, and possible rollback of work product. • Maintains and monitors performance of deployed work product, proposes improvements for work product backlog, and documents feature, or platform upgrades as needed to stay current with surrounding or affected platforms and solutions. • Upskills studies documentation and training materials for the applications, systems, platforms, languages, technologies, and processes utilized by Valley Strong Credit Union. • Analyzes requests, as well as existing applications and processes, to find better and best solutions to problems, balancing immediate needs with the strategic direction of our digital roadmap. • Educates others on the development team(s) and business partners on use of systems and applications.
