We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Return Laborer. This position reports to Production Supervisor and will work in Litchfield. General Responsibilities

  • Inspect, re-package and restock any good parts
  • Return like defective parts to vendor on a regular basis
  • Return parts to customer when credit is not issued
  • Restock bulk inventory
  • Determine eligibility of return
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnishes in written, oral, or schedule form

Skills & Requirements
  • Must be dependable and have a good attendance record
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be able to work well with numbers
  • Must be able to maintain accurate records
  • Must be able to supervise employee through daily activities
  • Must be able to work effectively on the computer, spreadsheets, and email
  • Must be able to learn to use various test gauges in a reasonable amount of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must not have discipline warnings in the last 12 months
  • Must pass the associated job protocol physical test as administered by Apex Physical Therapy.
Note: Failure to maintain any of these qualifications may result in disqualification from the position. Training:
  • Up to 2 to 4 weeks on the job training
