About the Employer The Hart-Ransom Union School District is located in an agricultural community just west of Highway 99 in Modesto, CA. The district is made up of a TK-8 elementary school that serves 715 students and a TK-12 charter school that serves 595 students. The Hart-Ransom District has 100 employees, and is one of the highest-paying school districts in Stanislaus County.
