Overview CI² Aviation is seeking a qualified Procurement & Payment Specialist to support a 12-week temporary assignment for our client Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA/ Nashville International Airport (BNA). This role is essential in supporting capital improvement and infrastructure projects, with a focus on contract development and invoice processing. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project contracts and payment processes for design and construction phases.
- Prepare payment application templates and track invoices in alignment with contract documents.
- Draft and manage professional services, goods, on-call, and construction contracts.
- Process amendments, change orders, and contract renewals.
- Reconcile timesheets and develop overtime reports for augmented staff.
- Maintain consistency in procurement templates and route documents via DocuSign.
- Support insurance tracking and standard operating procedure updates.
- Prepare board analysis documents and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or associate degree.
- 4-7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, project controls, or contract development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a government or airport environment.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, contract templates, and invoice tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
