McLeod Software is searching for a collaborative and forward-thinking Scrum Master to help our Product team deliver impactful enhancements to our flagship platforms, LoadMaster and PowerBroker. This role requires someone passionate about team performance, who's also eager to champion change and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic software environment. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos for Agile delivery teams
  • Coach team members and Product Owners on effective Agile practices
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress
  • Support refinement of backlog items, ensuring acceptance criteria and design documentation are clearly defined
  • Promote team autonomy and accountability for sprint goals
  • Track sprint metrics and use them to guide team discussions and improvements
  • Act as a change agent to drive Agile maturity across teams
What You'll Need (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, required.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I) preferred
  • Experience working in a software development or SaaS company, preferred.
  • Strong project management fundamentals and ability to lead teams through change, required.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence, required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, influence others, and build cross-functional alignment.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and a forward-thinking approach to tools like AI.
