POSITION SUMMARY: The Admin, Receptionist will play a crucial role in supporting the organization with administrative services and overall office management. This role requires a general knowledge of office and front desk procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to proactively address the needs of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome high-profile investors and clients in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Handle mail and package deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Ensure the office, reception and associated environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including setting up meeting rooms, managing waste disposal, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of an associate's degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role, in a financial or corporate setting.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Confidentiality sound judgment and the ability to successfully build and maintain strong professional relationships with key partners and peers is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, reliability and punctuality are essential
LOCATION and COMPENSATION:
- This role will be based in our NYC Office.
- This role will be 100% in the office Monday -Friday.
- Base compensation is expected to be $60K- 85K Commensurate with experience with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.
