Job Description :
- Position Overview: Production assembly role involving simple to complex tasks, including welding applications, fitting, alignment, and adjustment of components to tight tolerances.
- Key Responsibilities: Installation of components using hand and power tools; interpretation of blueprints and work instructions; ensuring parts meet quality standards.
- Skills and Tools: Proficiency in hand and power tools; ability to read blueprints; welding experience or willingness to learn.
- Quality and Reporting: Maintain quality and productivity standards, accurately report shop floor data to team leads, and follow visual/written instructions.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain equipment, clean work areas daily, and adhere to plant safety rules and regulations.
- Qualifications: Prior assembly experience in manufacturing, good attendance and punctuality, ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to wear safety gear (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses) and perform tasks requiring good dexterity.
