Job Description Summary: The Global Innovation Specialist will serve as a core strategic and operational liaison between KISS headquarters and its international branches. This role is designed for a driven, globally minded professional who can lead cross-functional initiatives, elevate international branch performance, and ensure alignment between HQ standards and regional execution. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, cultural fluency, and strong business acumen to drive strategic growth within a global framework Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1. Global Strategy Support
  • Assist in developing and tracking short- and long-term business strategies for international markets.
  • Help collect and organize data on market trends, competitors, and global performance.
  • Support planning and documentation of strategic initiatives.
2. International Operations Coordination
  • Help monitor branch performance and follow up on tasks to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Support the implementation of HQ standards and procedures in regional teams.
  • Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across global operations.
3. Cross-Functional Communication
  • Help coordinate projects between HQ teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, etc.) and international branches.
  • Support clear, timely communication between departments and across regions.
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups to keep everyone aligned.
4. Market Research & Expansion Support
  • Assist in researching new markets and gathering information for product launches or expansion planning.
  • Help analyze consumer trends, regulations, and competitor activity in target regions.
  • Contribute to internal presentations and reports for new opportunities.
5. Risk & Compliance Assistance
  • Support tracking of potential risks or compliance issues in international markets.
  • Help gather and maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with global standards.
6. Finance & Reporting Support
  • Assist in tracking budgets, sales data, and key performance indicators for global branches.
  • Help prepare summaries or presentations to support decision-making.
7. Team & Project Support
  • Take part in planning team initiatives, helping organize global team reviews and updates.

Qualification(s): Education(s): Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Business Administration/Management (Required) Work Experience: Experience Range I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field Skill(s): Communication, Microsoft Office, Time Management Language(s): English, Korean Certification(s): Not Applicable The anticipated compensation range is 21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
