Compensation: Short-Term Contract pay starts at $55/hour for highly qualified candidates, with an hourly range of $35 - $52/hour based on experience and certifications. Additional shift differentials are available for night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise patient care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and address patient needs to ensure exceptional treatment.
• Create meaningful relationships with patients and families to support each unique recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to provide coordinated care and direct patient support when necessary.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of our patients as they progress in their rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is advantageous.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
