  • Location:Hybrid, 3 days on-site at our Newport Beach, CA office
  • Compensation:$130,000-$180,000/year, commensurate with experience
  • Travel:Up to 25%
Position Overview and Impact: Smart Circle International is looking for an experiencedIT Project Managerto lead a variety of technology-driven projects that support our business operations. These include initiatives involving Salesforce, ERP systems, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and custom web applications. We're seeking someone who's not only organized and detail-oriented but also understands how technology can solve real business problems. You'll work closely with teams across the company and with external partners to make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment is highly valued. Primary Functions:
  • Manage full project lifecycles, from kickoff to delivery, for Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, integration, and web application projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets with input from stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and regular status updates
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Ensure quality standards are met and lead testing efforts
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout
  • Support users after implementation with training and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other project managers to share knowledge and improve processes
What You Bring:
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and rolling out enterprise-level tech solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite), IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, servers), and custom web development
  • Familiarity with integration tools and strategies (APIs, middleware)
  • Skilled in project management tools and methodologies
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant) are a plus
  • PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is also a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
QualificationsQualifications and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing projects involving Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, and custom applications
  • Proven success using Agile methods and managing change.
  • Experience leading multiple business and IT projects at once
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system integration, and infrastructure upgrades
