What You'll Do: As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of the individuals we serve. In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver hands-on therapy services with clinical excellence and compassion
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment protocols that support mobility, strength, and function
- Oversee and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (P.T.A.s) and students-in-training
- Partner with the Clinic Administrator and Medical Director to guide the clinic's physical therapy services
- Document care in full compliance with agency policies and OPWDD regulations
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in clinic quality assurance efforts, including case reviews and chart audits
- Provide training to other staff members to ensure therapeutic consistency and excellence

- Supervise and support P.T.A.s and interns

- Master agency software and technology used for documentation and communications
- Be designated as an Essential Employee, able to adapt and support clinic operations during emergency situations (including remote work, when applicable)
