POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Generalist, Human Resources is responsible for managing various aspects of human resources within DrinkPAK. They provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, handle employee relations issues, administers employee benefits, assists in training and development initiatives and the management of Workday. LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's Fort Worth, TX facility. BENEFITS: The well-being of our team members and their families is critically important to us. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions.
  • Investigate and address employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. Independently manage employee relations issues from investigations, corrective actions, PIP's, etc. in accordance with DrinkPAK's processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions on topics such as incident reporting, time & attendance, leadership, and compliance.
  • Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning processes.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of programs to develop the human resources function. Provide site wide policy roll out and refresher training, as needed.
  • Assist with the optimization of Workday.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment agreements, and performance evaluations.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Partners with leaders on development and training needs for departments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as needed in partnership with HRD.
  • Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all DrinkPAK's policies and procedures.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Occasionally this role may require working nights and weekends as needed to support the business.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful job performance.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources preferably as a Generalist or Business Partner in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, but not required.
  • Continuous improvement and solutions driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task. Strong ability in juggling multiple priorities in a start-up environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on thorough documentation.
  • Experience with human resources processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent, succession planning, open enrollment, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and administering human resource processes and programs. Strong understanding of compliance with government laws/regulations.
  • Basic working knowledge of payroll processing and time & attendance regulations.
  • Willingness to take on any task in order to support the needs and growth of the company. No task is too big or small.
