Job Description - Manage and support workstation systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain system updates, patches, and security measures.
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of workstation technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to resolve system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstation systems and related technologies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
