Crouse's Information Technology team is hiring a Systems Programmer - Telecommunications who is responsible for installation, security and support of sub-system hardware and software on telecom platforms with an emphasis on communications components
Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Systems Programmer - Telecommunications Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation and support of new sub-system telecom related hardware, software and configurations
Maintain and support of existing sub-system telecom related hardware, software and configurations
Perform system problem resolution as necessary to maintain system availability and reliability
Perform analysis functions related to the efficiency of the open system hardware and software environment used at Crouse Hospital. Research, track and make necessary changes for system improvements.
Supports Crouse Hospital's Pager Program including; pager distribution, service requests, ordering, documentation and provides monthly billing reports
Systems Programmer - Telecommunications Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or Associates degree in a related discipline with acceptable equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum three years telecommunications related experience
