Job Overview The Technology Delivery Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others resolve technical issues.
Position will be hybrid with onsite work in Dallas, TX. What You'll Do - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, clearly articulating technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
- Document all technical inquiries, incidents, and resolutions in a ticketing system, maintaining thorough and accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Security to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, new technologies, and industry trends to provide the highest level of support to customers.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in technical support or help desk role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, except where prohibited pursuant to state or local law.
