Job Description :
Physical Therapist for Early Intervention Program *Per-diem rates available, sign-on bonus! Are you a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? Join our team at The Groden Network as we embark on a rewarding journey of early intervention. Position: Early Intervention PT Program Focus: Infant and Toddler Development Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment plans. - Provide physical therapy services to children aged 0-3 years. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals. - Educate and guide families on at-home exercises and activities. - Monitor and document progress. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's/Doctoral degree preferred. - Valid RI licensure as a PT required.
  • 2+ years' experience providing treatment to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) in a family-focused, home-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the trans-disciplinary provision of services required.
  • Commitment to a family-centered, compassionate approach.
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more special treatment areas, such as NDT, second language and/or experience working with minority racial, ethnic, and immigrant populations preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • CPR/FA Certification required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and safe driving record.
  • Access to a personal vehicle
