Product Manager - Umbrava, LLC About Umbrava: Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.
Job Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, data, and market trends.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Lead product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of agile product development and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $155,000 per year
