Role: Cisco VOIP Architect Location: Pittsburgh PA - 1 Day Remote - May look at Candidates nearby that have a reason to relocate to Pittsburgh Duration: 12+ months The Technical Consultant IV will be responsible for architecting and implementing the VOIP infrastructure, as well as ongoing management of it. The candidate should have in depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Technologies. Problem solving ability will be crucial to this role. Providing support to our end users/customers will be vital. They should have basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and how VOIP relies on it. Skills: ¿ Certification: CCNA ¿ Cisco Call Management ¿ Must have archtech experience an a voice enviroment ¿ Trunking ¿ Skills ¿ Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) ¿ Cisco Unity ¿ Cisco Voice Gateways ¿ SIP Trunking ¿ Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions ¿ Design/maintain VOIP architecture ¿ Install VOIP hardware ¿ Troubleshooting voice issues ¿ Cisco ATA ¿ Analog ¿ Highly organized ¿ Good Documentation ¿ Good customer communication This is a backfill role Needs Cisco experience Oversees 8 devices Leading other Jr. Members (3) May have to work off hours, Frequency is every two weeks Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
