Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, reporting any illegal activities such as robbery or fraud.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards according to company and health regulations, promptly notifying management of any unsafe conditions.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment that makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Keep workstations and customer areas clean and organized.
- Manage inventory efficiently, following company guidelines for ordering non-legend drugs.
- Answer phone calls, triaging inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Promote products and services effectively to customers and team members.
- Process vendor coupons and manage cash handling operations in line with company policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience during product dispensing, per state laws.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations and company policies in handling confidential information.
- Engage in health and wellness initiatives organized by the company.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
- Support and assist customers, including minors and older adults, directly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory control in a retail environment is advantageous.
