Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Manage Microsoft Server based services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Maintain system security through PoLP, patching, RBAC, and firewall policy configurations. Manage onsite and offsite backups and test file and server restorations on a regular basis. Maintain inventory of infrastructure and systems software. Collaborate with other IT staff on system and network changes or improvements. Email migrations to a Microsoft 365 tenant. Support end users on elevated technical incidents. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. AI experience a plus, including security, agents, addons, and best practices. Document or map configurations, processes, and procedures. Working Conditions May require occasional on-call support or after-hours work during system upgrades or outages. Occasional travel within the United States. Physical requirements include lifting and moving computer equipment. Qualifications Required Skills: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years in a system administration or related IT support role Proficiency in multiple versions of Windows Server (2012 R2 and later). Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Azure, others a plus). Experience with software and hardware firewalls. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Colorado area is $80,000 - $102,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
