Do you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting others, and being the glue that holds a team together? Dulce Vida Animal Rescue is seeking dedicated Team Support Coordinators to help streamline our operations and support our volunteer teams.

About Us:

Dulce Vida Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization saving the lives of abandoned and abused dogs and cats across California and Mexico. Through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming, we give animals a second chance. Our work is made possible by a passionate team—and powerful storytelling.

Role Summary:

As a Team Support Coordinator, you will play an essential behind-the-scenes role by keeping projects and communication flowing across the organization. You will be responsible for:

• Tracking active projects and tasks across different teams
• Providing weekly updates on progress and flagging delays
• Ensuring team members have what they need to stay on track
• Helping facilitate communication between volunteers and leadership
• Supporting internal organization and documentation
