Description We are on the forefront of AI technologies, with a dedicated GenAI Center of Excellence. We seek a highly organized and experienced AI Solutions Architect to develop and implement AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals. The role involves technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to design scalable and innovative AI systems. Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders is essential for successful deployment and integration. How You Will Contribute Translate business needs into technical specifications. Design scalable AI architectures, data pipelines, and deployment strategies. Select appropriate AI technologies and tools. Oversee development and training of machine learning models. Ensure AI systems integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure. Validate, test, and monitor AI solutions, fine-tuning as needed. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related; Master's or Ph.D. preferred. 5-7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development. Proven experience in designing and deploying AI solutions. Proficiency in Python, Java, or R. Expertise with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Leadership and project management skills.
